1. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation.

  • Orders placed after 3:00 PM IST may be processed on the next business day.

  • During high-volume periods (sales, promotions, new launches), order processing may take slightly longer.

You will receive a shipping confirmation message/email once your order has been dispatched, along with tracking details.

2. Shipping Locations

  • We currently ship across India.

  • We do not ship internationally at this time unless explicitly mentioned on the product page.

If your delivery location is not serviceable by our courier partners, we will inform you and issue a full refund.

3. Shipping Charges

  • Standard Shipping Charges (if applicable) are calculated at checkout and clearly displayed before payment.

  • We may offer free shipping on select products, offers, or order values, as mentioned on the website.

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) orders may include an additional COD handling fee, which will be shown at checkout.

Estimated delivery timelines vary based on location:

5. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, tracking details will be shared via SMS / WhatsApp / Email.

  • You can track your order using the tracking link provided.

  • For any tracking-related issues, you can contact our support team.

6. Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • COD is available on select pin codes and may be restricted for certain high-value orders.

  • Our logistics partner may call to confirm COD orders before dispatch.

  • Failure to accept multiple COD orders may result in COD being disabled for future purchases.

7. Delivery Attempts

  • Courier partners usually make 2–3 delivery attempts.

  • If delivery fails due to incorrect address, unavailability, or refusal, the order may be returned to us.

  • Re-shipping charges (if applicable) will be borne by the customer.

8. Address Accuracy

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete delivery addresses.

  • We are not liable for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete address details.

  • Address changes are not guaranteed once the order is shipped.

9. Delayed or Lost Shipments

  • If your order is delayed beyond the estimated timeline, please contact us.

  • In rare cases of lost shipments, we will initiate an investigation with the courier partner.

  • Resolution (replacement or refund) will be processed only after confirmation from the courier partner.

10. Damaged or Tampered Packages

If you receive a package that is:

  • Physically damaged

  • Opened or tampered with

Please:

  • Do not accept the delivery if possible, or

  • Record an unboxing video and contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos/videos.

Claims raised without evidence may not be accepted.

11. Partial Shipments

  • In some cases, your order may be shipped in multiple packages.

  • You will receive separate tracking details for each shipment if applicable.

12. Shipping During Promotions

  • During sales, festivals, or promotional campaigns, delivery timelines may be extended.

  • We appreciate your patience during such periods.

All our items are Delivered Pan - India within 5-7 Days.
